In depth

Verdict

Cash On Friday appeared to appreciate more prominent tactics when scoring over course and distance last time and although up 6lb, he should take a deal of beating here. He can race quite lazily at times and consequently his jumping can leave him down but he is the obvious choice on the evidence of that last win. Eborarry is 4lb better off with Cash On Friday for a 3 1/2l beating last time when the application of first time blinkers appeared to gain his interest. The worry would be that they may not have the same effect second time round. Stagecoach Amber has been campaigned over a variety of trips in recent months and appeared to get outpaced over a shorter distance at Newcastle. Cash On Friday impressed in beating a weaker field over the course recently and while this will be tougher, he is the selection.
