Verdict

Desert Queen won last year’s inaugural running but found Antartica De Thaix too good at Huntingdon in March. But both make their seasonal debuts today and a couple of these have tmore recent form. Mia’s Storm followed a double over hurdles with victory at Chepstow on her chasing debut. She has the edge at the weights with DEBDEBDEB (NAP) but the latter has posted a couple of impressive efforts in winning both starts so far over fences and hardly put a foot wrong when scoring at Uttoxeter in September. She gets the nod with Briery Belle struggling so far this year and Treaty Girl having plenty to find.
