Verdict
Hard to win with is a description that fits for most of these and not many can confidently be expected to run up to their best. However, Business Class does usually act well at this course and he is just preferred over Conquer and Mallory - although a bold bid from the ex-Irish Polar Scout, who showed improvement at Huntingdon last time in only his second start for Charlie Mann, cannot be ruled out. A case can also be made for El Cordobes, who already has a course and distance victory to his name and is better than he has consented to run up to in last two outings. However, so too is Business Class and Mary Reveley's charge is narrowly favoured this afternoon. The twelve-year-old arrives here on the back of some solid efforts in defeat and, with the slight drop in trip in his favour, Business Class has a very good chance to gain some compensation from a fair mark today.
