Verdict
Not too much form to go on here, but Alaskan Fizz has shown enough to suggest she can win a race of this nature, and she gets our vote ahead of Jallopy and Silent Age. Richard Phillips does well with his bumper horses and Alaskan Fizz ran a race full of promise at Exeter in January. She didn't get the best of runs but still got within four lengths of the winner Wishin And Hopin. With improvement expected she will be hard to beat this afternoon. Jallopy is from a yard that does well in this sphere so watch out for any significant market moves. The same applies to the Steve Gollings trained Silent Age who is superbly bred being a son of Danehill who is related to three winners on the flat. Lago D'Oro could prove best of the other experienced runners, but the stronger form appears to be with Alaskan Fizz who can send backers home with money in their pockets.
