Verdict

Baron De Midleton has undergone wind surgery since scoring at Doncaster last month and is penalised for this along with FIX SUN. The latter beat only two rivals when scoring in good style at Sedgefield back in May but the form looks stronger in hindsight with the runner-up See The Sea going on to land a hat-trick - Nicky Henderson’s charge can make a winning return. Bumper winner Fearless debuts over hurdles having switched to Olly Murphy’s yard and the latter has sent out the last two winners of this while Sheshoon Sonny and Time For Another have also won bumpers, though neither figured over timber on their latest starts.
