The veteran BRAVE SPARTACUS has done connections proud, winning a total of 11 races from 61 starts including when making all for a comfortable victory over track and trip last time. He's won from much higher mark in the past and isn't easily dismissed. Uno Valoroso hasn't won since December 2017 and is only 3lb lower while Picknick Park is still a maiden and has been raised 3lb for finishing second here last month. Star Foot, four times a hurdles winner, was well beaten on his only start over fences but has won over hurdles here on soft ground while Thyne For Gold won a Bangor handicap over slightly further in November though is still 5lb higher. Zayfire Aramis has won a couple of races at around this trip though not from a mark this high.
