In depth

Verdict

Darcy Ward has taken really well to fences but is closely matched with Dieg Man having been raised a further 4lb. Not A Role Model got back to winning ways at Fontwell and gets on well with Richard Patrick but BANDSMAN continued his love affair with this track when beating a good yardstick last month and can shrug off a 5lb rise. Champagne At Tara ran well against Double W’s at Stratford and plenty others have claims including the in-form Gone Platinum and Steel Wave and also Cake de L'Isle. Poker School won at Wincanton in April and was soon left behind over a shorter trip at Cartmel last month.
