In depth

Verdict

Iris's Gift gets the confident vote to win this novices chase with Sweet Diversion and Fool On The Hill rating the main dangers. The selection has plenty in hand on his hurdles form and although he was slightly disappointing when last seen over fences his stable were in a cloud. They are in better form now and he need only put in a clear round to score. Sweet Diversion rates the main danger as he was a fair second behind Tomango last time out but he will do well, to give weight and a beating to the selection. Fool On The Hill won well last time out when beating Moscow Dancer but he will find this harder under a penalty. Of the remainder Tigers Lair is in the form of his life but his overall profile;e leaves him with a little to find and for the winner we return to Iris's Gift who need only put in a clear round to score.
