Cobra De Mai has been hinting at a revival this season but stamina will have to be taken on trust over this trip. Hereford winner Powerstown Park has never been this far before either but The Late Legend was placed over an extended 3m6f last time at Exeter and ECLAIR MAG was third over 3m4f at Ffos Las in the spring. The latter won over 3m here at the start of the year and is starting to slip down the weights again. Who's In The Box won this last year and Sidi Ismael is the least exposed having made a winning start over fences at Wetherby. Cash To Ash and Brother Pat could also play a part in a wide-open renewal.
