        Verdict

        FAWREE can defy a poor draw. He was beaten by the more experienced Capezzano on his debut over 7f here in December but ran on strongly after a slow start and made no mistake when making all for an easy victory over a mile in January. The latter didn't run very well in the UAE 2000 Guineas but still had Qatar Man, Han Sense, Cosmo Charlie and Victor Kalejs behind. Cosmo Charlie was a big disappointment in the classic having beaten Capezzano in December but his yard is back firing on all cylinders and he can do better. Somerset House made a very impressive debut over a mile in December when easily accounting for Mazeed though the runner-up hasn't done much for the form subsequently. Nobelium was only beaten a nose by Top Score early last month and didn't get the best of runs behind him in a Listed contest a fortnight later. Zumurudee won a Wolverhampton maiden by ten lengths in November and makes his UAE debut here.
