        Verdict

        LAZULI was impressive when comfortably holding off Acklam Express in this last year and reappeared with a smooth victory over stablemate Man Of Promise with Nigel Tinkler's charge back in fourth. Ponntos made a bold bid to lead all in the latter race and ran on when headed at the furlong pole but Logo Hunter couldn't find extra and Equilateral weakened quickly. Raasel came from well off the pace to finish fifth and should get closer. Ladies Church won a Curragh Group 2 in July but never got going in the Group 1 Flying Five back there in September.
