Verdict
WEST EMIRATES landed a C&D maiden in December under Kieren Fallon and ran well enough in a handicap in February to be given the vote here. King Charles won a Newbury handicap for John Dunlop in 2009 but hasn't won subsequently and has had numerous chances at Jebel Ali. Always Emirates likes this track and won twice over shorter trips at this time a year ago. He'll be better for Friday's run at Jebel Ali and looks a threat as does Aattash, four times a winner for Mick Channon last summer but never seemingly at home on an all-weather surface.
