Belgian Bill pays his annual visit and pops up with a big run every now and then, as he did when winning this two years ago from exactly the same mark. Tahanee, a Group 3 winner in Argentina, represents Mike De Kock but his form has been on ground with plenty of give. Fanciful Angel made a successful debut here a year ago after a break. He didn't have much racing subsequently but had a pipe-opener at Chelmsford last month and, surprisingly, is 3lb lower than that victory so should make a bold bid despite an outside draw. But SILENT ATTACK just gets the verdict over him due to being better berthed. Saeed Bin Suroor's charge missed the break on his first start here last week but showed up well until fading over that slightly longer trip so this looks within his capabilities. Hors De Combat hasn't done anywhere near as well as expected after an excellent start but he's mainly competed at a high level and it would be no surprise to see him do well here. Queen's Parade has some strong form on Turf in the USA but over much further while last year's Lincoln winner Secret Brief needed his reappearance here a year ago.
