JE SUIS CHARLIE was set a stiff task on his hurdling bow in a Grade 2 contest at Doncaster and was beaten a long way in third. He’ll find life easier in this and may prove good enough. Jamacho is another to consider after a fourth at Sedgefield while Beach Break has been thereabouts in both starts over timber and is preferred to Indian Vision, who disappointed last time having finished ahead of Jamacho earlier. Uptown Funk was no great shakes on the Flat but is still preferred to Physicist.
