        Verdict

        A modest race for the grade and most of these have something to prove. Top Offer is on a good mark but is much more effective on the all-weather, She's Electric flopped badly at Carlisle last time, Atreus has only won once in twenty-six starts and course and distance winner Opt Out remains too high in the handicap. Mark Johnston’s ORDINAL disappointed as favourite over a mile last time but this trip should prove more to his liking and he can take a weak heat.
