Saryshagann, a four-times winner on the Flat, fared a little better last time at Kelso. Blooriedotcom wasn’t beaten far over 2m4f here a month ago but still finished behind Smart Lass. However, he is still preferred to long-standing maiden Gemologist but WOR VERGE can bounce back from a rare poor run at Wetherby where he didn’t handle the heavy going. Chuvelo has only won a maiden so far but will have needed his run at Market Rasen on Boxing Day.
