Verdict
A small but select line up for our feature event where Mick Channon¿s Misternando could be the answer here, with Scott¿s View and Collier Hill selected as the main dangers. Beaten favourite in the Cesarewitch, Misternando recouped the losses with a game victory over Anna Pekan at Newbury a week later. The trainer has stated that this Hernando colt will try group company next season, so to warrant that confidence he must be able to land a race of this nature. Scott¿s View was well beaten by another Channon runner Imperial Dancer in the St Simon Stakes at Newbury recently but is better judged on his previous second behind L¿Ancresse in a listed race at the Curragh. Collier Hill comes into the equation following some good efforts in handicaps when humping big weights.Channon¿s second string Almizan is also worthy of a mention but Misternando can take this on the way to better things next term.
