Verdict

Master Fong is capable on his day and has the blinkers back on here. He shouldn't be dismissed lightly while the lightly-raced Altan Khan will be popular after breaking his duck over a shorter trip here in November. Mister Wall Street is definitely one for the short-list now tried in handicap company and Pokfulham won a seller over 2m here last month. But it's the latter's stablemate GRANDAD BILL that catches the eye on this occasion. This is his favourite course and Jim Goldie's versatile performer, who ran a lot better than his final placing suggests at Leopardstown last month, is only 2lb higher than when successful over C&D around this time last year. Top weight Viva Colonia may be the pick of the remainder.
