In depth
Verdict
Sur Empire won a maiden over track and trip on her latest start and is preferred to stablemate Denzille Lane as she goes handicapping for the first time. Chiswick Bey took advantage of a slip down the weights to score at Carlisle but is upped a couple of grades today while the unreliable Ralphy Boy won over course and distance in between a couple of woeful efforts. ALMUHEET (NAP) was unlucky not to win last year when suffering a couple of narrow-margin defeats but ran well in a Class 2 contest at Kempton on his return. He gets the vote to come good again in this lesser company.
