In depth

Verdict

Economic Crisis has recorded all seven wins to date at Hamilton and none of them on fast ground. Distant Past failed in a bid to land a hat-trick when stepped up to 6f last time but he wasn't beaten far and scored over track and trip in April. MASTER BOND never got to grips with the winner when third in a higher grade sprint at Ayr recently but had finished runner-up at Thirsk before that with Imperial Legend three lengths behind. David O'Meara's charge is fancied to reverse latest running on better terms with Bunce, thanks to Kieran Shoemark's allowance, and gets the nod.
