In depth

Verdict

Industrial Star is taken to get the better of Classic Croco and Calculaite in this handicap hurdle. The selection looked a progressive type last season and he made a pleasing return at Wetherby last time to finish second behind Monsieur. He is sure to strip fitter here and he stands out as the one to beat. Classic Croco was a well beaten third behind Tipperary All Star at Cheltenham last time but he has some decent form in Ireland and he will go on the ground so he has to be considered. Calculaite was having his first outing in handicap company and his first run since February when finishing second behind Oniz Toes at Fakenham last time. He travelled well for a long way that day and there is every chance he will be good enough to make the frame today. Taras Knight won well last time and is another to consider, but for the winner we will side with Industrial Star.
