MOROCCHIUS is our selection in the nightcap with Mr Lu and Final Salute worthy of consideration. The course-and-distance winner has presently dipped to a mark of 58 and while that is not without reason, he should be able to give a much more convincing acccount of himself on the ground and at a track where he has proven form. Mr Lu won a handicap at this track two years ago. He has confined his winning to Ayr of late but is always one to watch closely in the market. Final Salute has it to prove over seven having raced predominantly over six of late. He shaped well enough in an amateur riders race two runs ago but failed to build upon that promise next time around. Step In Time has been disappointing this term and could still be paying the penalty for a number of solid runs last season. Zabeel Tower is completely exposed though the booking of Paul Hanagan obviously catches the eye. Linda Perratt's horses are performing much better than what they were so at longer odds, Shunkawakhan could make some appeal if a stinker last time out is overlooked. Morocchius has most to offer in a trappy nightcap.
