In depth

Verdict

LYSINO carries a penalty for winning at Ayr during the week. But that may not be enough to anchor her in this as she scored by eight lengths and today's opposition looks distinctly modest. Valantino Oyster returned a shock winner at Carlisle when dropped in trip and connections will be hoping the ground dries out while Geanie Mac ran well at Ayr before failing to figure at this venue last time. The rest are even harder to fancy in a low grade handicap.
