Verdict

Ruth Carr is enjoying a terrific season and RACCOON can keep the winners flowing by getting the better of Silvanus and Creative. The selection has been in good form of late, winning at Catterick before being narrowly beaten at Haydock last time he is dropped back into a seller and with conditions to suit this course and distance winner can go in again. Silvanus is another eased in grade and he wasn't beaten far in a handicap here last time. However, it is a slight concern that he has yet to get his head in front on the turf and we think he may find one too good again here today. Creative is dropped back in trip which should not be a problem but he was comfortably beaten in a claimer last time and he is hard to back with confidence. The rest are a moderate bunch who make only limited appeal, although Dubai To Barnsley ran a respectable race in this grade over today's course and distance last time out. This is a race that lacks strength in depth and Raccoon should take plenty of beating.
