In depth

Verdict

Denzil's Laughing came right back to his best when a half-length runner-up to Never Dark over track and trip five days ago. Third Primo Comet could give the form a boost earlier on the card but Keith Dalgleish’s charge has been done no favours by the draw. Equate is slowly coming down the weights but has something to find with Jacattack on these terms. Coley's Koko beat Dan De Light at Ripon in June but RORY (NAP) is in good nick and recent form is working out well so Jim Goldie’s gelding can get back on the winning trail.
