        Verdict

        Cosmic Ray has been raised 7lb after beating last year’s winner Adventureman over a longer trip here three weeks ago. The latter re-opposes on better terms and is also preferred to the 2015 winner Cyflymder. Miss Goldsmith went close again to breaking her duck when placed at Chelmsford recently but Keith Dalgleish’s yard has notched-up a few winners in the last week or so and AMY BLAIR (NAP) may prove good enough in this having just missed out at Hamilton last time.
