    Verdict

    The four-year-old FLEETWOOD PIER has run well several times over 6f and may be ready for a step up in trip. He can give weight away to younger rivals of which Pontefract runner-up Panama City should prove the pick ahead of Code Purple, who was third at the same track on his reappearance. Hollis Brown has yet to show much in the way of ability.
