        Verdict

        This is a tricky looking division of the handicap but one in which we side with LESLEY'S CHOICE who kept on well to win last time out over course and distance. Although this was in a claimer, the booking of Paul Hanagan is a positive and he beat Wicked Wilma by two lengths. He has won off higher marks than this in the past and can follow up with another win here. Select Committee is clearly a threat having beaten Secret Venue at Redcar three starts ago and Highland Warrior, who after winning here last time, on a line through Sandwith has the measure of others in the context of this race.
