Verdict
Sea Drifting ran a good race last time out at Newcastle finishing four lengths behind the winner in a slowly run race. Although this affair may turn tactical he should have the necessary class and experience to land this contest. This will be the furthest he has ever travelled but he stayed 22f over hurdles and he has shown a liking for soft ground in the past. He is the TEAMtalk selection. Bobayaro was a decent hurdler last season and put up a useful performance in defeat on his chase debut at Newcastle last month. He is entitled to improve on that effort and should give the selection most to do. The rest are too inconsistent or inexperienced to be considered in what is a very poor novice chase.
