Verdict

Karingo was pulled-up on his latest start but had shown some promise on his debut at Kelso when finishing behind third-placed SPITZ. The latter was in contention until the closing stages on his debut and normal progress could see him off the mark. Sharivarry was placed at this course on his first start under Rules and Craiganee ran well on his introduction at Cheltenham last month. Point-to-point winner Present Lodger is not easily dismissed while Biggar and Gurkha Brave are newcomers to keep an eye on.
