        Verdict

        Aidan O'Brien complicates matters by saddling four but DIODORUS is comfortably the form pick and can lose his maiden tag. A close second to Dubai Sand in a Listed contest at Leopardstown on his final start, he'll be suited by the longer trip and Ryan Moore takes the mount. Ensign may be next best of the Ballydoyle quartet as he showed potential over trips too short in his two runs. Clongowes wasn't beaten far in any of his three starts and Jim Bolger looks certain to find a race for him while Lightening Fast's close fifth behind Yucatan at the Curragh has been boosted by the subsequent exploits of the winner. Dermot Welds filly Tocco D'amour has an outstanding pedigree which is why she cost 2m euros s a yearling. She has classic entries and the fact that she's entered against colts for her debut suggests she's expected to make a successful start.
