Verdict

Barry Geraghty is an interesting booking for four-times Flat winner Man Of Erin, who makes his debut over timber. Prince Of Lombardy made a promising debut over hurdles behind Clonard Lad over 2m4f on this track and should improve. Katie T chased home Urticaire at Navan in December and would be a threat with normal progress but it's about time SHIELD was winning over timber and A P McCoy is the man to galvanise him. Aidan O'Brien's charge scored on the level at Dundalk last month and had earlier finished a close second to Sure Reef at Leopardstown, form that was given a boost by the winner subsequently.
