Footprint ran well enough behind Jembatt over 7f here last time but has yet to convince he stays the extra furlong. He's 9lbs higher this time but is still likely to get competitive. SCHOOL HOLIDAYS is evidently well regarded and gained her maiden success with a battling performance at Fairyhouse. The handicapper has taken no chances in giving her a mark of 78 but David Wachman believes she is capable of scoring in higher grade. One Set has been mainly confined to the Polytrack and appears best on that surface but Masela makes her handicap bow from a very low mark and has shown enough ability to merit consideration.
