Verdict

MONSIEUR POWER sets the standard and it's a pretty good one given he's rated 87. Below par last time, his earlier placed efforts at the Curragh give him every chance in this. Stablemate Edamame has shown only modest form in lesser company so far and Affectionate Lady is preferred to County Wexford. But a couple of the newcomers may prove a bigger threat namely Intisaab and the half-brother to four winners, Cougar Mountain.
