In depth
Verdict
The Last Knight started favourite for a 6f handicap at the Curragh a week ago but never really looked like winning and probably found the ground too testing. He ended last season with a two-length fourth behind today's rival Ablah at Dundalk where the winner has been in very good form in the last few weeks. However, he was beaten two lengths by HARRY'S HILL at Navan in October and the latter has continued in very good form at Dundalk so looks the one to beat. Basharat has the scope for improvement though makes his handicap debut under a big weight.
