Verdict

Perfect Man has thrived since being stepped up in trip but had to battle to complete a double at Punchestown and has been raised 9lb. Pause And Ponder is also on a hat-trick initiated over this track and trip but he's also up significantly in the ratings and hasn't run since December. Emma Beag didn't get far on her last visit here though is the type to do much better but this looks an opportunity for OSCAR KNIGHT (NAP). Tom Mullins' charge won a tough handicap over fences here in December and has competed with credit at a high level over the bigger obstacles subsequently. He's on a 20lb lower mark back over timber and can return to winning ways. Optimised, who has only had five starts, ran his best race to date at Down Royal last month and should be winning soon.
