Verdict

Despite facing some potentially useful rivals, it's unlikely that any of them could have got within eight lengths of Envoi Allen in the Ballymore at Cheltenham as THE BIG GETAWAY did. A winner by 30 lengths between the flags, he looks a smart prospect and can get off the mark over the bigger obstacles. This looks no easy start, however, as plenty of these arrive in good form over fences including Opposites Attract, a dual hurdles winner who has been narrowly beaten in what looked very strong contests at Punchestown and Fairyhouse. Dinny Lacey ran well in the latter of those races while Sempo did likewise in the Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham and looks a fine recruit to fences. Exit Poll and Conflated are others to look out for in what should be an informative event.
