In depth

Verdict

CASBAH ROCK finished runner-up over 1m4f at Dundalk on Friday but had earlier won over this trip at the Curragh and can return to winning ways if allowed to take his chance. Il Boro beat a big field over a mile here in October on good ground and will have found 7f on soft going against him on his reappearance. Queen Commander is still a maiden but has the form to take this at her best though she's hardly the most consistent of performers. Duke Of Rutherford has been gradually improving and made a promising handicap debut at Dundalk last month but Citizenship appears to need further and has run poorly over hurdles this year. Mountain Pride hasn't won for two years yet remains high enough in the weights.
