Curious Times did well when tackling good ground in a big field at Down Royal though that was over 2m. Defi Bleu won a Navan bumper and made his debut over hurdles in a Grade 2 but found his level when a close second at Down Royal. That was over an extended 2m but he finished runner-up between the flags so the trip shouldn't be a problem. MOMUS easily won a Roscommon bumper over this trip in May and just looked in need of the run in what looked a strong maiden hurdle over 2m3f at Galway last month. With that under his belt, he looks the one to beat though Denwork looks a work in progress and should make a decent stayer in time.
