Winning bumper GIANT'S QUEST made a promising start over hurdles over this C&D before a poor run when strongly fancied over 2m4f at Killarney. A recent run on the Flat will have put him straight and he looks the one to beat. Captain Arceus ran poorly on his only start over timber but reverted to bumpers with a victory at Fairyhouse and can do better. Gallant Oscar has shown promise and is the type to make progress this winter but Hawk Flight appears to have gone backwards since impressing in his opening runs over timber. Regal Warrior ran his best race to date over hurdles at Down Royal a month ago and bumper winner Sands Cove has the pedigree to make a decent hurdler.
