    Verdict

Malachite has shown little since winning a Huntingdon maiden a year ago but Crystal Lad looked to be on the way back when runner-up at Market Rasen and the lightly-raced Paint The Dream has run well in both starts to date over timber. Baddesley Prince ran his best race so far last time at Plumpton and From The Heart has placed in a couple of maidens and is another making his handicap debut. A winner over 2m here last season, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHT looked as though he’d dropped to a fair mark when second at Market Rasen last month and could return to winning ways.
