In depth

Verdict

Winning pointer Getariver got off the mark under Rules at Ludlow at the first time of asking and should make a bold bid to defy her penalty. Henrietta Bell wasn’t disgraced in an above-average bumper at Aintree in October but GLASHA’S PEAK, who showed definite promise at Taunton in January and is a half-sister to the stable’s Peggie’s Venture, could be the answer to this, though Colin Tizzard’s newcomer Swincombe Wiz is worth a market check. Nonesuch has been prominent in the betting in both starts but took a backwards step at Doncaster.
