Verdict

HAWK’S WELL showed ability over hurdles but chasing should be his game and he starts off here on a lenient mark. Another chasing debutant, Etat Major Aulmes, is worth a second look and Kauto The King has already won over the larger obstacles and was still in contention last time at Doncaster when coming to grief. Eyes Right didn’t quite fulfil her potential over hurdles but is another who could thrive now going chasing.
