Verdict

Cascova is proving hard to catch right but he was a good second over 2m here before running a shocker at Exeter, though it’s not certain that a step up in trip will suit. Hoi Polloi was starting to struggle when unseating his rider here last time but the drop in distance would not have suited the Hereford second. Sonny Crockett needs to bounce back from a poor run at Ludlow so this can go to SIR SHOLOKNOV, who had every chance jumping the last over 2m here in November and will relish the extra yardage having already won a point.
