Verdict

KAPCORSE beat a subsequent winner by 10 lengths at Bangor on his chasing debut. Paul Nicholls’ charge will know more today and can defy a hike in the weights on his return. Silverhow is more experienced over fences but is 8lb higher than when scoring at Sandown in April while Chef D'Equipe was successful at the same track earlier in the year. De Dollar Man won off a similar mark at Exeter last year and Siruh Du Lac also won at the latter venue in December but Dream Bolt was still well beaten when third at Stratford last week and Zamparelli’s recent placed efforts came in lower grade contests.
