Taking into account he’d already won between the flags, it was a surprise to see SHISHKIN crash out early on here on his hurdling debut in the race won by Mahler's Promise. He remains a novice of some potential and should recoup losses with a clear round. Shakem Up'Arry also fell on his hurdles bow but was then second behind another Henderson novice, Mister Coffey, here and that looks decent form.
