Verdict

This looks tricky with all three runners entered in the Dante and the Derby and the possibility of a falsely-run race. Furthermore, MIDTERM and Algometer won their respective divisions of the same maiden over a mile here in October. The former will presumably prove more popular in this given his connections but both will be hoping Top Beak sets a decent pace as he raced prominently when winning at Windsor on his debut, though there is no guarantee the same tactics will be employed today.
