Verdict

This could be a very informative contest with Wesley Ward testing the UK waters with Joker On Jack, though he just held on over a shorter trip at Keeneland. Richard Hannon has won two of the last three and runs Nottingham winner Temple Of Heaven. Firepower won at Salisbury but WELL OF WISDOM overcame inexperience to beat a more-fancied Godolphin runner at Newmarket and should be even better over this extra furlong. Dundalk winner Fort Myers will also enjoy the longer trip and Ryan Moore prefers him to the unraced United Front, though the latter and Toro Strike are definitely worth noting for future reference.
