Verdict

Line Of Departure has shown ability in a couple of runs at Haydock but is no world-beater. Surprise Picture will need to improve on his fourth at Yarmouth and it’s likely that a few of the newcomers will be better long-term prospects. MUJBAR is a half-brother to the 2000 Guineas runner-up Massaat and Commonwealth Cup winner Eqtidaar as well as the speedy Hatiq. Jim Crowley prefers him to Alkumait and the hint should be taken. Pure Dreamer may need further while Royal Scimitar will likely do better with a run under his belt.
