Verdict

Some well-bred types on view but with little form to go on the market may provide the biggest clues to the outcome. Aidan O'Brien unleashes another potential star in the shape of France who holds a stack of big-race entries and makes plenty of appeal on breeding being from the sme family as Opera House and Kayf Tara amongst others. Newcomers Presumptive and Donizetti are others clearly held in high regard by connections judged on later engagements while Wild Ovation will be sharper for his recent debut but the TEAMtalk vote goes to Marching Band. John Gosden's charge has the benefit of previous experience and looks sure to appreciate the drop in trip having failed to last home over 7f on soft ground at Newmarket last month. Nonetheless, the son of Dixieland Band showed he possesses plenty of ability so looks the percentage call.
